I am thrilled to have taken on the role of President at Portland Youth Dance (PYD). The organization fosters artistic growth and creative excellence in dance for youth between the ages of 10-18. The company dancers are not only trained in dance technique and performance, but also in leadership, cultural diversity, and community service outreach. In addition, PYD also provides scholarships and community outreach—a program that sends dance instructors out into various communities to teach dance, all free for the kids!

Mark your calendars!

December 7th, 2017 | Four-A-Cause, 4-9pm
Aura, 121 Center Street, Portland, Maine

Four-A-Cause is an annual holiday party presented by Benchmark Residential and Investment Real Estate – but it’s not just any holiday party. This year, Portland Youth Dance was selected as one of four charities to be featured during the evening’s festivities. We’re thrilled to join the other three charities, Special Olympics of Maine, Wayfinder Schools, and The Locker Project. The event will have live local entertainment, Dean Ford + The Keepsakes, as well as delicious hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.

Four-A-Cause is open to the public, however, a donation of $20 is highly suggested. All proceeds will be split evenly among the four charities.
